  • 2 medium carrots

  • 1 tbsp turemic
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Step 1: "Start by preparing your ingredients: peel and chop the beets and carrots. Grate the ginger and garlic."
