  • 1 banana energy, potassium
  • ½ cup oats soluble fiber
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds omega-3s, fiber
  • 1 lemon juice liver support
  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • ½ tsp spirulina or chlorella deep-cell detox
