Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium pineapple Fresh, ripe pineapple.
  • 1 medium cucumber Fresh cucumber.
  • 1 inch ginger root Fresh ginger root.
  • 1 lime fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup cold water Use cold or filtered water for blending.
  • 1 fresh mint Fresh mint for garnish
  • coconut water optional For added hydration.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or Juicer
  • 1 Fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons. Glass.
  • 1 pitcher or jar for storage

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cut the pineapple, cucumber, and ginger into manageable pieces.
    Step 2: Blend the pineapple, cucumber, ginger, and water until smooth.
    Step 3: Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
    Step 4: Squeeze in fresh lime juice and stir well.
    Step 5: Chill the juice for a couple of hours and serve chilled.
    Step 6: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
