Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Papaya (cubed) Use ripe papaya for sweetness
  • ½ Fresh Pineapple (cubed) Fresh or frozen pineapple works
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated) For added digestion support
  • 1 lime (juice) Freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup filtred water Adjust water for consistency

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Strain if preferred.
    Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for 5–7 days.
    Optional: Add 1 tsp of papaya seeds for added anti-parasitic effect (warning: strong flavor).
    Best taken first thing in the morning. Avoid sugars, dairy, and red meats while cleansing.
