  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 cups filtered water

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the cucumber and lemon, and grate the ginger.
    Combine: Add the cucumber, lemon, and ginger to a pitcher.
    Infuse: Add 2 cups of filtered water, and let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
    Serve: Drink chilled or at room temperature for hydration and detox.
