Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium beetroot Fresh and peeled
  • 2 medium carrot Fresh and peeled
  • 1 medium apple Peeled, for added sweetness
  • 1 medium lemon Freshly juiced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger Peeled, for a fresh kick
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper for a metabolic boost

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot, carrots, apple, ginger, and lemon.
    Juice/Blend: Use a high-speed blender or juicer to process all ingredients. If blending, add a bit of water to help the process.
    Strain: If using a blender, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
    Serve Cold: Store in the fridge and enjoy chilled.
