  • ½ hot chili pepper
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • ½ cup parsley fresh

Method
 

  1. Use step-by-step with one sentence each:
    Wash all ingredients thoroughly under cool water.
    Peel the citrus fruits, ginger, and turmeric (if using root).
    Cut large ingredients into chunks to fit your juicer.
    Alternate all ingredients through a slow juicer.
    Stir juice well before serving.
