Ingredients
  

  • ½ medium cucumber
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup green tea
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Peel and chop the cucumber into small chunks.
    Step 2: Squeeze the juice of 2 tablespoons of lemon and set aside.
    Step 3: In a blender, add cucumber, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and fresh ginger (peeled and sliced).
    Step 4: Pour in 1 cup of green tea (cooled to room temperature) and 2 cups of water.
    Step 5: Blend everything until smooth. Optionally, add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
    Step 6: Pour the detox drink into glasses and serve chilled.
