Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium apple Fresh apple, preferably organic
  • 1 inch ginger root Fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup Chamomile tea Freshly brewed or pre-brewed chamomile tea
  • 1 tbsp Probiotics (yogurt or supplement)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh lemon juice for detox and vitamin C
  • 1 cup water Use cold or filtered water

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or Juicer
  • 1 Fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth
  • 1 straining Measuring cups and spoons Glass
  • 1 pitcher or jar for storage

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cut the apple into chunks, peel and chop the ginger, and brew chamomile tea. Let the tea cool.
    Step 2: Blend the apple, ginger, chamomile tea, and water until smooth.
    Step 3: Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
    Step 4: Add lemon juice and stir well.
    Step 5: Serve chilled or over ice, and enjoy this refreshing, gut-friendly juice!
