Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey or plant protein
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder

Method
 

  1. Add protein powder, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and cacao powder to blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into glass and enjoy immediately after workout.
