Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberries fresh frozen
  • ½ cup kale fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup parsley For added liver support
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger Anti-inflammatory
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder Or fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed , for detox and vitamin C
  • 1 tbsp chlorella powder A natural detoxifier and antioxidant
  • 1 cup filtered water Essential for detox and hydration

Equipment

  • 1 juicer extractor is good to not burn the vitamines

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Add cranberries, kale, parsley, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, and chlorella powder to a blender or cold press juicer.
    Step 2: Add 1 cup of filtered water and blend or juice until smooth.
    Step 3: Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy your detox juice!
